It's a decent dish. The sauce is too thick with tomato paste, and the meat remains fibrous. The chef definitely needs to change this sauce; even though the meat is high quality, the sauce overwhelms and kills its flavor. It's served tender and hot, but because of its fibrous texture, you can't finish it. I probably won't try it again until the recipe changes.
