Tereyağlı Mumbar Dolması review by ekinakbiyik at Beykoz Paça & İşkembe, Çankaya/Ankara, Türkiye

I normally don't like this dish at all, but I started by cutting a piece with a knife and taking a bite, then I ended up eating the whole thing. I'm not sure if it was bulgur or rice inside, but the amount of meat was good. The butter added flavor. It was very spicy and a little hot. Even though it was nighttime, there was no place to sit. I liked it.
