Turkish Eggs review by hurkanakbiyik at Beré Nali Amsterdam, Amsterdam, Netherlands

After waiting 35 minutes I was able to taste the unique Turkish eggs called Cilbir with pita bread. Just a normal Cilbir so raw. It needs more of the red sauce and more yogurt. I wasn’t able to get the taste of garlic as well. Other chefs put some nuts and contrast tastes like pomegranate sauce. There are better versions of this dish for sure.
