From the game menu a tried this venison steak with spice cake with some root vegetables. No seasoning or specific taste from the meat, the sauce had anise in it and I couldn’t link it with the meat. The meat was dry even though it was cooked medium rare. Also at the bottom there was stewed venison as well that was dry and I couldn’t finish it.
