Wild Boar review by hurkanakbiyik at Landgoed Duin & Kruidberg, Santpoort-Noord, Netherlands

From the game menu as a starter I had a chance to taste this wild boar. It was served cold. The cheese crunch was nice. Grilled eggplant and pistachio pieces mixed nice and their sauces as well.
