I recommend this kokoreç restaurant near Selimiye, near Söğüt, Bozburun. It's cooked over a charcoal fire, and the aroma of the coal lingers. It's very similar to the flavor we used to eat from the carts in Ankara. It's kokoreç without being overpowered by spices. At this place, you can enjoy a beer with your kokoreç. I highly recommend it. The bread you see is a quarter and a good size.
