Very well aged t bone steak. We ordered a medium rare tbone for 2 of us eventhough the restaurant recommendation was a rare. It was a really flavorful nicely seasoned steak. But it was a bit chewy though. Next time I would prefer a tenderloin since it was a bit annoying to chew the meat for a long time. They say the steak is at least 1100 gram but I think it was a bit less than that.Read the full review
