What to eat in Aydın?

The keşkek (a traditional Turkish dish) was delicious. Here, the amount of meat added is less, making it a bit lighter. You can add roasted meat on top if you like. It's served not overly mushy. Overall, it was good, I would go again, the price is reasonable.

We ate a sandwich called Çarşaflı, which is a sandwich that is toasted with its own special cheese on a sheet pan and then closed. You can also create your own sandwich content by choosing from a variety of options, such as Ayvalık toast. However, it is not something that is particularly worth going out and eating.

The texture and taste are quite good, the cracked wheat is well cooked, not hard, the meat inside is integrated with the keşkek. The roast that came on top was also very soft. I recommend it.
