Over centuries, as the imperial cooks were improving different recipes, this particular variation supposedly became a favorite of the early 20th-century sultan Abdul Hamid II. The recipe became the gold standard across the empire, and even today &ccedil;ilbir stands for poached eggs doused in garlic-flavored yogurt. The dish is sprinkled with red pepper flakes and ground paprika, and typically served sided with pide bread.</p>

Çilbir

Good tasting cilbir but very spicy, too much for me, pomegranate and pistachios added extra tastiness to the dish, the wrap was served with it was ok nothing special.

The Carpaccio Sandwich is a gourmet delight that brings the elegance of Italian antipasto to a casual handheld format. It typically features thinly sliced raw beef tenderloin of the highest quality, layered onto a crusty baguette or ciabatta. The meat is dressed with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, a squeeze of lemon juice, and shavings of Parmesan cheese. To enhance the flavor profile, it often includes arugula for a peppery bite and perhaps a touch of truffle mayo or balsamic glaze. The contrast between the cold, tender meat and the warm, crunchy bread creates a sophisticated textural experience. It's a perfect lunch option for those seeking something light yet indulgent.

Really nice taste, salad, sundried tomatoes everything in the plate goes well with each other only improvement I would make is bread, they could use a better bread.
