Avocado crazy is a Sri Lankan dessert made with ripe avocados, sugar, cream, and (optionally) rum. The avocados are scooped, mashed, then combined with cream, sugar, and a dash of rum, if desired. Before serving, the combination is chilled, and it is then garnished with nuts or whipped cream. The dessert is also sometimes served as a milkshake with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
