In the American, French, German, Brazilian, and Korean systems of primal beef cuts, the tenderloin is a cut from the loin, which is located towards the back of the cow, nestled under the ribs, next to the backbone. It spans two primal cuts: the short loin and the sirloin. The tenderloin is one of the most tender cuts of beef as it comes from a muscle that doesn't get much exercise. It is also one of the most highly prized and correspondingly expensive cuts of beef, due to its tenderness and flavor. Given the tenderness of this cut, the tenderloin is often cooked quickly over high heat, with methods such as grilling or broiling. It's often served slightly rare to maintain its tender texture.

Tenderloin

A fish plate typically consists of assorted types of fish, either grilled, fried, or baked, often accompanied by sides such as rice, potatoes, salads, or vegetables. Common fish used include salmon, sea bass, cod, or sardines. Popular in coastal regions worldwide, fish plates highlight fresh seafood and are an integral part of Mediterranean, Scandinavian, and Asian cuisines. They often celebrate local fishing traditions and seasonal catches.

Fish Plate

Medium cooked beef tenderloin.

It was super nice.

On the side a potato mash with truffle creates a nice contrast. It could be served hotter. Amount was nice and tasteful.
Grilled zucchini is a nice touch and i will try it home as well.

Overall salt was missing but i really enjoyed it.

Again super pricey…

Grilled fish plate

For the price amount of fishes was less.

Calamar was fine.
Grilled sea-bass was fine.
Muscles were nice.
Tasteful potatoes with spinach was nice for palate cleaning.
Shrimps were nice but small.

Overall nice food but pricey.
