For me, it was a meat-filled bread where I couldn't taste the meat because of the density of the fat, and the bread became soggy if not eaten quickly. It seemed crispy at first, but it melted away with the fat over time. It was the first time I couldn't finish a portion and left some behind. My advice to the chef: reduce the amount of fat.
