Islak hamburger review by Yehanoha at biber kokoreç, Etimesgut/Ankara, Türkiye

We came across this place while looking for a wet hamburger in Eryaman. The service was good, but I couldn't see where the wet hamburger was cooked. The bun of the wet hamburger was fresh, and the tomato paste had infused nicely into the bread. You could tell the patty was freshly cooked too. So far so good. The sugar content could have been lower, and the tomato paste and spiciness could have been more noticeable. I hope to come again and find it just as fresh.
