Sucuklu Pide review by hurkanakbiyik at restaurant esra, Amsterdam, Netherlands

We have been following the chef for a while and it was the time to test the food on amsterdam sail day. When we saw the pide we knew it was time to go. The bread is klasik black sea (karadeniz kayik) version. Tick, crunchy and tasteful. Proper pide bread if you are from north side of Turkey you would know. Homemade sucuk, eggs and light cheese was perfect. I always prefer it with just sucuk but this version reminds me the Turkish breakfast.
