The salting was different from usual, but delicious. It remained light in color. The salting pieces were cooked well, not gummy. You can add tomato sauce and garlic to your liking. The accompanying dishes are quite generous; even those alone would have been enough. Perhaps it's because of our high spirits, but both the soup and the place were excellent. I recommend them.
