What do critics say about Bagel Toast in Ankara?
The bagel was nice, it was cooked evenly in the toaster and crispy. There was half a cherry tomato inside. At this point, the juicy state of the tomato and the cooking in the toaster are very critical. I think it was not successful for this toast. The salad on it was well thought out but not enough dressing. If these were corrected, I think a better result could be achieved.

What is Bagel Toast?
Bagel toast is the Israeli café sandwich: a large, soft, sesame-covered Jerusalem-style bagel, oval rather than round and nothing like the dense New York kind, split, stuffed with cheese plus a few vegetables, and pressed flat in a sandwich toaster until the outside is crisp and the cheese has melted into everything.
