The word "kahvaltı" is derived from two words: "kahve" (coffee) and "altı" (under/before), which translates to "before coffee." It's a meal that traditionally happens before coffee is consumed, as in the Ottoman times, coffee was considered a beverage to be enjoyed after meals rather than during or before them. Traditional Turkish kahvaltı showcases an expansive array of dishes, typically blending a multitude of flavors, textures, and food categories. The table is adorned with both sweet and savory items, spanning cheeses, olives, vegetables, local breads, eggs, b&ouml;rek, baklava or other sweet pastries, and more, accompanied by hot beverages such as Turkish tea (&ccedil;ay). It is celebrated for its diversity, abundance, and the act of bringing individuals together, often extending for several hours, particularly during weekends and holidays.</p>

Kahvaltı

Bao Buns, also known as 'gua bao', are pillowy, steamed buns originating from Fujianese cuisine but popularized worldwide through Taiwanese street food. These soft, fluffy white buns are folded over typically savory fillings. The classic filling is braised pork belly, pickled mustard greens, coriander, and ground peanuts, creating a perfect balance of salty, sweet, sour, and savory flavors. Modern variations include fillings like crispy chicken, roast duck, or tofu. The texture of the bun is cloud-like and slightly sweet, making it the perfect vessel for rich, intense flavors.

Bao Bun

<p>Bagel toast is a traditional way of eating sandwiches in Israel. It's made by pressing and toasting a fluffy, sesame seed-covered bagel that's split and filled with cheese and vegetables. The sandwich is usually made on a panini press or a toaster, and it's often served in bars and caf&eacute;s, but bagel toast can also be prepared at home. The selection of cheese for the sandwich usually includes feta or tzfatit, while the vegetables are usually green olives, onions, tomatoes, corn, or various sauces. Hummus and za'atar are often served on the side as accompaniments.</p>

Dükkan içerisinde Aybige’nin kahvaltısı olarak geçiyor. Kahvaltı içerisinde tatlılar ve tuzlulular eşit miktarda dağılmıştı. Peynir olarak ricotto vardı ben biraz daha ağır aromalı bir peynir tercih ederdim. Üzerindeki somon füme bence güzeldi, riskli bir tercih ancak bu füme somonu beğendim. Yeşillik kısmı için bence ek bir sos olması lazım. Dümdüz yeşillik geliyor. Yumurta oldukça güzeldi. Kruvasanın da çıtırlığo güzeldi. Tavsiye ederim 

Bao bun kısmı oldukça yumuşak yemesi keyifliydi. İçerisinde bulunan domuz bacon miktarı bence fiyatına göre azdı. Bu kadar az olacağını bilseydim istemezdim. Yumurtası güzel pişmişti, peynir sosu olarak cheddar kullanılmıştı bence daha yaratıcı olunabilirdi.

Simit güzeldi, tost makinesinde eşit miktarda pişmiş ve gevrekleşmişti. İçerisinde yarım çeri domates vardı. Bu noktada domatesin o sulu hali ve tost makinesinde pişme durumu çok kritik. Bu tost için bence başarılı değildi. Üzerindeki salata güzel düşünülmüş ancak yeteri kadar soslandırılmamıştı. Bunlar düzeltilse daha iyi bir sonuş elde edilebilir bence.
