It was a truly top-notch lamb chop. We asked for it medium rare, and it arrived juicy inside. The fat balance was perfect; the fat was evenly distributed across the meat. The shashlik was also beautifully cooked, and the sauce was delicious. They were excellent in both preparing and cooking the meat.
