Kuzu İncik, or Lamb Shank, is a dish of pure comfort and slow-cooked perfection. The tandoori lamb isn't perfectly dry, but the amount is adequate, and the accompanying onions are nice. You can also serve it as a sandwich. Elazığ kebab is a bit drier. Milk halva is served in a melon. I recommend it.

The lamb meat melts on your tongue, it is so soft and they serve it by opening it in front of you. The meat is both fatty and delicious, and the weight is lost with the vegetables inside. It would have been more delicious if the sauce part inside was a little hotter, and the appetizers that came to the table were also weak, but I liked the meat in general, I recommend it.
