Chocolate Macaronado suggests a delightful fusion or a specific rich chocolate treat, possibly inspired by the texture of macarons or a chocolate-heavy confection. Assuming it refers to a rich, dense chocolate dessert similar to a macaronade or a chocolate mousse cake with macaron elements: This dessert is a dream for chocolate aficionados. It features layers of intense, high-quality dark chocolate ganache alternating with light, airy chocolate sponge or meringue-based layers that provide a delicate crunch. The 'macaronado' aspect implies a technique where the batter is worked to a perfect consistency, ensuring a chewy yet melting texture similar to a French macaron. Topped with chocolate shavings or a dusting of cocoa powder, it strikes a perfect balance between sweetness and the deep, complex bitterness of cocoa.

I liked the taste chocolate cream inside is not too sweet, the pastry itself is very soft and tasty. Only thing they serve everything with cartons including coffee. If I am sitting I should get a proper plate and a cup😊
