Cannibale Royale du Nord

United States

Costelas curtas

Shortribs

One reason to visit Amsterdam NDSM.

Pretty big portion and cooked nicely. The meat was tender and full of flavor. The sauce with onion and thyme was a great touch and helped refresh the taste between bites.

The pickled onion on the side didn’t add much for me and felt a bit unnecessary.

Overall, a strong dish. You should definitely try it if you’re into ribs.
