I think this is the most delicious thing I've eaten in Ankara. That's why I gave it a 9.01 after my previous highest score of 9. It's climbed quite high on my Bitecritic rankings. My expectations were low since it's just soup. The soup arrives quickly. It's hot. Although the meat looks sparse in the photo, the bottom of the bowl is full of meat. The meat isn't thinly sliced, and you can feel the meat as you bite and swallow. The meat is incredibly tender. There's a protective layer around the garlic sauce, like a freezer bag, which seems hygienic. The bread is soft. It's a very delicious tripe soup. I'll definitely come again. The shop is open 24/7. The place is nice, and it's packed at lunchtime... I really liked it, you should definitely come.
