Belly Pepper

Manti are traditional Turkish dumplings filled with spiced ground meat and onions. The dumplings are most commonly topped with a sauce consisting of yogurt and garlic. The name of the dish is derived from mantu, meaning dumplings, and they were originally brought over from Central Asia to Türkiye by nomadic Turkish tribes in the 13th century. Today, manti dumplings are popular throughout Turkey, as well as in numerous other cuisines such as Armenian, Afghan, and Central Asian.

Abdülhamid'in favorisi olduğu varsayıldı. Tarif imparatorluk genelinde altın standart haline geldi ve bugün bile çilbir, sarımsak aromalı yoğurtla ıslatılmış haşlanmış yumurta anlamına geliyor. Yemeğin üzerine kırmızı biber gevreği ve öğütülmüş kırmızı biber serpilir ve genellikle pide ekmeğiyle servis edilir.

Yumurtalı Omlet Dürüm

Wonderful!

The ratio of the ingredients, taste of the meat and flour was great. Spices were enough and fresh. Yogurt was also enough.

and the real touch was the bone marrow… You can only eat this on Thursday 🤗

Tiftik Burger

Still great! Today it was a bit salty but still every bite taste nice. Whole burger and also the potatoes served hot. You must try it!

One of the nice burger I have had.

Bun is a classic burger bread and heated already.

On the side there are potatoes cooked in oven i guess. Homemade hot chilli peppers sauce is great.

Finally really nice cooked meat and a nice match with soury vegetables and a sauce. I could have given 10 if the meat was served hot.

You should go and give it a try!

During Ottoman era, çilbir was simply the generic term for poached eggs prepared in a variety of ways. Over centuries, as the imperial cooks were improving different recipes, this particular variation supposedly became a favorite of the early 20th-century sultan Abdul Hamid II. The recipe became the gold standard across the empire, and even today çilbir stands for poached eggs doused in garlic-flavored yogurt. The dish is sprinkled with red pepper flakes and ground paprika, and typically served sided with pide bread.

One of fav turkish breakfast places in Amsterdam. Çılbır and spanich borek ıs must try

A soft wrap filled with a freshly cooked egg omelette, often served with vegetables and sauces.

Wrap Egg Omelette

Where to start?

I had eaten this wrap a month ago and it was really nice.

My experience today was not good at all. Why to put avacado inside this wrap? It makes it weird. Omelette was well cooked but the other ingredients was a mistake.

Sucuk was horrible.

I suggest the chef to take the avacado out of this wrap and use better sucuk
