Unfortunately, it's not that special. It can't compete with the Zero Zero in Amsterdam. The bread is hard and salty, and the sauce is too thick, overpowering the cheese and meat inside. My suggestion to the chef is to soften the bread so we can actually eat it by biting into it. It doesn't need to be this crispy. The ingredients are quality, but the bread is weak.

Read the full reviewThe famous Italian sandwich in Haarlem. There is always line to get it. For me there is nothing special. I ate the Salame version of it. The bread is nice and crunchy. This version definitely needs a better sauce on the bottom the current sauce doesn’t taste well. I would go with a version of tomato paste. For this price it is a nice size and full of salami and cheese. Let’s how will i like the other versions.Read the full review
