What to eat in Karesi?

While eating at a local eatery, I spotted this item on a shelf in the refrigerator, and at that moment, all I wanted was this. I didn't even know what it was. The place that made me understand why kokoreç is famous in Balıkesir is that I have eaten a lot of kokoreç in Türkiye but my absolute favorite is the oil and the crispiness of the bread. Don't be fooled by the picture and think badly, you can go to Balıkesir just to eat this.
