I tried the Mush Burger. The meat was medium rare. It was very tasty. Even though I wasn't very hungry, I ate the whole thing. My only negative criticism is that the burger was very greasy, which was a bit cloying. It also had smoked cheese in it, which was a nice touch. I didn't like the seasoned fries at the restaurant, but I didn't deduct points for that; I'm only evaluating the burger's performance. So, it's a good burger, I'd go again.

I tried to eat a burger from a local burger place in Istanbul. The burger was generally delicious, while you don't feel the meat that much when you eat a burger from another burger place, it was obvious that we were eating mostly meat.
