Lamb rack, the meat was very soft and easy to consume. I recommend that you eat the sauce underneath with your meat every time. The portion is normal for fine dining, but if you don't order accompaniments, you may be hungry. If you want to sit in an expensive place in Cappadocia and not have any problems with the service from the valet to the waiter, I recommend it.
