They think it is the best thing they have eaten in Ankara. Expectations were low because it was only soup, but it arrived fast and hot, and the bottom of the bowl is full of meat. The meat is not finely chopped, so you feel you are actually eating meat as you bite. The garlic sauce comes in a protective sachet, which the critic found hygienic. Two visits in January 2026, both by the same critic, so this is a repeat-customer verdict. The kelle paça scored 8.6: piping hot, good consistency, taste and salt. A bowl of garlic comes on the side to add as you like. On the second visit the critic tried the "atom", a soup with head, tripe and trotter all in one bowl. The meat was cut small and the soup was hot, but it was a bit too salty, 8. The shop is open seven days a week, 24 hours a day.

With three offal dishes, this is the most tested place in the guide. The tripe soup scored 7.64, and the critic liked that it comes without terbiye, which most places do not offer, with well cooked tripe. The tuzlama got 7.53. The critic says you can choose a thickened version or the plain broth, drank the plain broth, and found it sticky with collagen and the pieces well cooked. Worth coming for soup. The şırdan (stuffed lamb intestine) got 6.18: well cooked but without a punchy flavour. On one visit they also tried the lahmacun, 6.65, an average one that works to fill up after soup (it is not counted in the score above).
