Eggs florentine with ham. A fresh and solid start to the day. The spinach had a nice lemony touch and felt really fresh. One of the eggs was slightly overcooked, but overall they were good. Hollandaise sauce was rich and flavorful, paired well with the thick slice of bread. A satisfying breakfast plate.

English muffins on the base of the dish was fluffy and fresh. Poached eggs are cooked as it should be. I liked the spinach and mushrooms touch. You can add extra avocado for 3 euros.
