Where to eat the best Harbiye kebap in Çankaya?

Perhaps it received such a low score because I compared it to what I ate in Hatay. The tomato sauce was sparse, the salt was insufficient, and the meat seemed a bit dry. However, it was still good compared to most other dishes. I give the appetizers a 10 out of 10.
