The main problem with this greasy meat, which I didn't find particularly appealing, was its toughness and lack of salt. Some pieces of meat also had tendons. Overall, it tasted good, but it didn't quite captivate me. I don't think I'll order it again. It's not worth 1000 lira.

Uzan Et is a place I frequent during my trips to Bursa. You can order meat by portion, by the piece, or by the kilogram. When it's not busy, they pay attention to the cooking degree. The food I ate was quite delicious; I recommend it.

Mert Köfte Steakhouse is located near the highway in Sakarya. Their food is worth the trip. I ordered the mixed lamb, it was cooked medium, and the juices were still trapped inside. The lamb was tender. I recommend it.
