It was a truly top-notch lamb chop. We asked for it medium rare, and it arrived juicy inside. The fat balance was perfect; the fat was evenly distributed across the meat. The shashlik was also beautifully cooked, and the sauce was delicious. They were excellent in both preparing and cooking the meat. The place operates as a butcher shop plus grill, so they understand the quality and variety of meat. You can find all kinds of offal and meat here.

The meat was dry; I don't know if it has anything to do with Ramadan, but apart from the cooking, the meat itself seemed lacking. The other kebab I ordered, the one on the skewer, was good as always.

A place to stop by in Denizli and fill your stomach. The meatballs weren't particularly fancy. The lamb chops and beyti were cooked well. The meat had a good fat ratio. Salad and roasted vegetables were served as complimentary treats. For a pure meat meal in Denizli, I highly recommend this place and its lamb products.
