The 9.08 puts the crunch first: thin and crisp, though it softens as it cools. The garlic and onion balance was good and did not bother them afterwards.

The sides are generous and varied, and the reviewer recommends ordering the smoked aubergine.

What Is Lahmacun? Ordering Terms

Lahmacun is a flatbread from southeast Turkey: dough rolled out thin, spread with a spiced mince, tomato and pepper topping and baked in a very hot oven. It is usually eaten rolled up with lemon, parsley and onion.
