Abdülhamid'in favorisi olduğu varsayıldı. Tarif imparatorluk genelinde altın standart haline geldi ve bugün bile &ccedil;ilbir, sarımsak aromalı yoğurtla ıslatılmış haşlanmış yumurta anlamına geliyor. Yemeğin üzerine kırmızı biber gevreği ve öğütülmüş kırmızı biber serpilir ve genellikle pide ekmeğiyle servis edilir.

New York Times yemek eleştirmeni Mimi Sheraton'a göre, burger, Alman Deutsches bifteğinden türemiş, özünde Amerikan yemeğidir.

<p>A quintessential American food, burger evolved from the German <em>Deutsches beefsteak</em>, according to the <em>New York Times</em> food critic Mimi Sheraton. Its other name (<em>hamburger</em>) is a result of the fact that many German immigrants originally came from the port of Hamburg. Burger is a succulent dish consisting of, ideally, medium-rare seared beef patties tucked in fresh, lightly toasted buns, accompanied by onion slices and ketchup or Dijon mustard. Of course, there is a variety of other condiments and vegetables such as salad greens and tomatoes, but they tend to turn the meat cold, according to Mrs. Sheraton. If cheese is added, it should be mozzarella, Gruyere or Cheddar, slightly melting and mildly pungent. It is yet unclear who first thought to encase the beef patties with buns. Giovanni Ballarini, a food historian, says that the immigrants were given grilled meat between sliced of bread, so there would be no plates involved, and no water was wasted for washing the dishes. Hannah Glasse first mentioned a Hamburg "<em>sausage</em>" in her 1747 cookbook <em>The Art of Cookery, Made Plain and Easy</em>, defining it as a chopped mixture of beef and spices that should be served with toast. Or maybe it was Charlie Nagreen, a meatball seller from Wisconsin, who, in 1885, decided to put meatballs between bread so the consumers could eat them while walking at a country fair where he worked. Today, toppings and accompaniments vary from region to region, but for an original version one should visit <em>Louis' Lunch</em> in New Haven, Connecticut, serving the burgers since 1900, and claiming to be the oldest burger joint in the United States. Whatever the theories about the origin of burgers may be, and there are a lot of them, it is a convenient, simple and hearty meal that most meat lovers will gladly indulge in.</p>

Just a normal, classic burger with a nice meat taste.
The bun was good and hot when it was served.

why the chips? It would be great to have some french fries.

The taste was nice but it was not warm enough for me, I did not like sunflower and pumpkin seeds as it does match with salty food for me, more red fruits would be better match.

Scrambled Eggs are a breakfast classic loved for their simplicity and comforting texture. Prepared by beating eggs and cooking them gently in butter or oil, they can range from soft, creamy curds to firm and fluffy mounds, depending on preference. Seasoned with a pinch of salt and pepper, and often enriched with cream, milk, or cheese, scrambled eggs are versatile and satisfying. They pair perfectly with toast, bacon, sausages, or fresh vegetables. Yumurta beklentimi karşıladı, ekmek yeterince iyi kızarmıştı, salata sosu lezzetliydi, porsiyon yeterliydi

<p>During Ottoman era, &ccedil;ilbir was simply the generic term for poached eggs prepared in a variety of ways. Over centuries, as the imperial cooks were improving different recipes, this particular variation supposedly became a favorite of the early 20th-century sultan Abdul Hamid II. The recipe became the gold standard across the empire, and even today &ccedil;ilbir stands for poached eggs doused in garlic-flavored yogurt. The dish is sprinkled with red pepper flakes and ground paprika, and typically served sided with pide bread.</p>

The eggs were overcooked not poached egg at all. Pita breads were warm and fresh. But this course is all about eggs so it disappointed me.

<p>Eggs Florentine is a classic breakfast or brunch dish that features poached eggs served on a bed of cooked spinach and topped with a creamy hollandaise sauce, sometimes substituted with b&eacute;chamel or Mornay sauce. The dish is often served on a toasted English muffin or a slice of toasted bread, making it similar to Eggs Benedict, but with spinach replacing the ham or bacon. The combination of the soft, poached eggs with the slightly tangy flavor of the spinach and the richness of the sauce creates a well-balanced and nutritious dish. Eggs Florentine is named after Florence, Italy, to denote the use of spinach, which is believed to have been a favorite ingredient in the region. Despite its name, the dish is more commonly associated with American cuisine rather than Italian cuisine.</p>

Eggs Florentine

Eggs florentine with ham.

A fresh and solid start to the day. The spinach had a nice lemony touch and felt really fresh. One of the eggs was slightly overcooked, but overall they were good. Hollandaise sauce was rich and flavorful, paired well with the thick slice of bread. A satisfying breakfast plate.
