Kuşbaşılı Pide is a favorite among meat lovers in Turkey. 'Kuşbaşı' refers to small, bird-head-sized cubes of meat, typically lamb or beef. These tender morsels are sautéed with onions, peppers, and tomatoes before being spread generously onto the boat-shaped dough. The open-faced pie is then baked in a wood-fired oven until the crust is crisp and the meat is sizzling. The juice from the meat and vegetables soaks into the dough, making it incredibly flavorful. It is often served with a side of parsley and lemon to cut through the richness.

Kelle paça çorbası is a traditional soup made with offal as the key ingredient. Sheep's or goat's head are placed into a pot with water, onions, and salt, and the soup is then slowly cooked until the meat falls off the bones. Some people like to add a roux of butter and flour to the soup, followed by a beaten egg, garlic, and lemon juice. Lamb neck, tongue, and brain can also be included in the soup. It's recommended to serve the soup with greens and lots of crusty bread on the side.

Etli ekmek is a delicious Turkish pizza-like dish originating from the city of Konya. The name of the dish means bread with meat. It consists of a thin, crispy flatbread made with flour, sugar, salt, yeast, and oil, which is then topped with ground beef and finely chopped onions, tomatoes, and peppers. Etli ekmek is sometimes additionally topped with cheese before baking. Once the baked dish develops a golden-brown color, it is served cut into smaller pieces while still warm. Pair it with a glass of refreshing ayran for the best experience.

Etli ekmek

Kelle paça çorbası

The kelle paça soup was delicious, with a rich flavor and perfect consistency. The garlic sauce complemented it really well.

I ordered half size. The meat ratio, taste was really nice. On the side you have spices. Also as an extra you could have lemon.

KuşBaşıLı Pide

Served hot and fresh. Really tasty meat and good bread-meat ratio. I prefer this version more than the classic etli ekmek version.

My regular selection every month you would not be suprised.

Every month i try to eat this food. It has a standard so you can always have same feeling.

The meat quality is good. Pide itself is crunchy and slim. You need to be quick to eat. We were lucky the food was superhot.

You can not compare the ones in Turkey but in Netherlands this is a good quality food.
