American pancakes are made from a thick batter consisting of eggs, flour, milk, and baking powder. Additionally, fruit such as apples, strawberries, and blueberries can also be added to the batter, along with buttermilk or chocolate chips. When served, they are usually stacked on top of each other, then topped with a variety of ingredients such as butter, maple syrup, fruit jam, honey, whipped cream, or peanut butter. American pancakes are often served for breakfast in the United States of America and Canada, and are sometimes accompanied by fried eggs, bacon, or sausages. In America, there are a few varieties of pancakes, and the most popular ones are johnnycakes (made from fried cornmeal) and silver dollar pancakes (smaller than regular pancakes). Originally, pancakes were symbolic of the sun and played a key role in the early religious rituals of the Native Americans, who first made them from ground cornmeal that was then cooked on hot rocks.

The banana pancake was average, not fluffy at all. The fruits on the side could have bern better and more red fruits.

Eggs Florentine is a classic breakfast or brunch dish that features poached eggs served on a bed of cooked spinach and topped with a creamy hollandaise sauce, sometimes substituted with béchamel or Mornay sauce. The dish is often served on a toasted English muffin or a slice of toasted bread, making it similar to Eggs Benedict, but with spinach replacing the ham or bacon. The combination of the soft, poached eggs with the slightly tangy flavor of the spinach and the richness of the sauce creates a well-balanced and nutritious dish. Eggs Florentine is named after Florence, Italy, to denote the use of spinach, which is believed to have been a favorite ingredient in the region. Despite its name, the dish is more commonly associated with American cuisine rather than Italian cuisine.

English muffins on the base of the dish was fluffy and fresh. Poached eggs are cooked as it should be. I liked the spinach and mushrooms touch. You can add extra avocado for 3 euros.

Roast beef sandwiches encompass a large variety of sandwiches filled with roasted and sliced beef as their main ingredient. They may be served hot or cold. The meat should be succulent, slightly pink, and thinly sliced, while the buns are typically soft and topped with sesame seeds or onion pieces. As for the toppings, anything is possible, but in Boston, where roast beef sandwiches are one of the area's specialties, they are traditionally topped with cheese, barbecue sauce, and mayonnaise (called a three way when served together).

Roast Beef Sandwich

Breakfast in haarlem. After going to municipality i decided give it a change to this 4.9/5 place.

Not my taste at all. Too much mustard that burns your nose. Really simple bread no toasting whatsoever.

The beef was cold and it was not easy bite.

My advise to the chef is to marinate beef better, cook it better and serve it hot. Reduce the mustard.
