Kuzu şiş is a traditional type of kebab. This meat dish is made with chunks of lamb meat, mushrooms, green peppers, shallots, cherry tomatoes, and eggplants. The meat is usually marinated in a mixture of yogurt, olive oil, garlic, cumin, Turkish pepper paste, and black pepper. It's then placed on skewers, with diferent vegetables between each piece of meat. The skewers are then placed on the grill until done. Kuzu şiş is traditionally served hot off the grill.

I don't know where to begin. The meat-to-fat ratio was unbalanced. The sauce was too thick, with no trace of lamb left. I couldn't understand the bread that came with it; the idea of stale bread soaked in sauce? Reduce the sauce, sauce the flatbreads, and get rid of the bread.

The place is packed inside and out, there is an incredible circulation. Of course, you also speed up with such fast service and movement. The appetizers in the place are constantly renewed, mostly onions. The skewers arrive without waiting too long anyway. It's a place where you can say, "Don't worry, I'll fill my stomach and leave."
